| Cash on delivery (COD) parcels |

This option can be used to buy items in Japan paying by "cash on delivery"
(COD), or to get items already paid shipped to DankeDankeCom by 'cash on
delivery'.
If you wish us to pay items by "Cashh on delivery" on your behalf,
you will have to send a "Cash on delivery form" before placing
a shipping request and send us the full amount (including service fee)
up to one day before the parcel arrives. Any 'cash on delivery' parcels
that have not been fully paid in advance, or parcels without shipping request,
will be rejected by us. This is indicated by our system, and no exceptions
can be made.
*Parcels rejected by us will be returned to the respective sender and the
customer bears the domestic carriage round trip since it is a nuisance
to Japanese shops.
*A service charge will apply for this service.

| How to use the 'cash on delivery' service for paying goods |

Register |

Please register your request logging into 'My Page' and choosing 'Register Cash on Delivery' inside the contact board. Make sure to do this at least one day before your parcel arrives (weekends
and national holidays excluded).
Please make sure to mark the following points:
-Sender
-COD amount (product price + domestic shipping + COD fee)
-COD service charge (15% of the amount above)
-Total amount

Shipping request |
|
Make sure to place a shipping request at least one day before your parcel
arrives (weekends and national holidays excluded). You can do this in 'My Page'.

Advanced payment |
|
Please make sure to pay the full amount (COD amount + COD service charge) to our account at least one day before your parcel arrives at DankeDankeCom.
In case you pay by postal transfer the PayPal fee does not have to be paid,
but all the transactions fees have to be paid instead.
*Please note that we do not give notice when the money has been received.
