| How to use the 'cash on delivery' service for paying goods |

Register |
|
Please register your request logging into 'My Page' and choosing 'Register Cash on Delivery' inside the contact board. Make sure to do this at least one day before your parcel arrives (weekends and national holidays excluded).
Please make sure to mark the following
points:
-Sender
-COD amount (product price + domestic shipping + COD fee)
-COD service charge (15% of the amount above)
-Total amount
*PayPal fee will not be additionally charged from November 1, 2007.

Shipping request |
|
Make sure to place a shipping request at least one day before your parcel
arrives (weekends and national holidays excluded). You can do this in 'My Page'.

Advanced payment |
|
Please make sure to pay the full amount (COD amount + COD service charge) to our account at least one day before your parcel arrives at DankeDankeCom. In case you pay by postal transfer the PayPal fee does not have to be paid, but all the transactions fees have to be paid instead.
