If a shipped parcel contains prohibited exports

There are some cases where a shipped parcel contains prohibited goods, so it is returned to us by the Japan Post International Branch.
If that happens, we will resend without the prohibited item, and a large fee will be incurred, but due to Japan Post regulations, we can’t refund it.

Also, if the removed item cannot be sent overseas, it will be put back into your mailbox. You will need to choose whether to discard it or send it to an address within Japan, and contact us.

The list of prohibited exports can change at any time.
