After registration, you will receive your Japanese address immediately. Set the Japanese address as your customers return address on Amazon etc.
We receive and store returned parcels from your customers. You will receive a notification e-mail every time returned parcel arrives.
Select the parcels you want to ship and request for shipping to your address or your customer's address in Japan (if you resell them, we can repack them and ship).
Customers' information will be strictly controlled so there is no leaking to the outside. Your parcels and letters will be stored in a place that can only be reached to by the staff.

Resell the returned products
You can resell the products. If you choose "Repacking service", we can remove the invoices from the package and send it to your customers in Japan or anywhere in the world.
We ship out your parcels within 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays in Japan) after we receive a shipping request.
If you choose Repacking Service, we will remove external boxes and cushioning material, as well as the attached delivery slips and price tags to make the size of delivery to the minimum. If you resell the products, this service will be necessary.
Disposal service (FREE)
We will discard unnecessary letters, direct mails and parcels at your request.
We will deliver to any country in the world. Enter the customs declaration price by yourself, and we will also help to make invoices.
