STEP-1: User registration
After you sign-up, you will receive an email for confirmation on your email.
User sign-up confirmation will be sent automatically in a few minutes after your registration. It contains important information such as your password.

Notes: Required for the first time only If you will not receive Confirmation on User sign-up mail within a few minutes, please re-try the registration (It could be due to incorrect email address).
STEP-2: PLACE A SHOPPING REQUEST
After your User sign-up is completed, you can start using our shopping service immediately.
Log into your account and make “Shopping request”.
We will check the availability of the requested items and reply to you with an estimated amount.
* The payment for the requested items must be made in advance. (Including pre-order items)
* Shopping request must be made per item.
* The minimum shopping request amount / per item: 3,000 JPY. The maximum shopping request amount / per item: 300,000 JPY.
* You must pay for the item + Shopping service fee 8% + PayPal transaction fee (3.4%+40JPY) within 3 days after we reply to you with the estimated amount. Otherwise, your request will be cancelled automatically.
* We DO NOT support any auctions.
* Registered name and PayPal name must be the same. Ship-to country can be different from the registered country.
STEP-3: ORDERING AND ARRIVAL OF YOUR ITEMS
We will purchase the requested items on internet immediately after we confirm your payment. (within 48 hours of your request excluding weekends and national holidays in Japan)
We will repack them and ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays in Japan) after all your items arrive.
* We will discard extra packing materials, free catalogs from shops, price tags, direct mails and flyers to minimize your parcel.
STEP-4: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
You will receive an auto-email, “Shipping notification”. You can also check the status of your request in your account.
* In case when your package cannot be received at the designated address because away from home etc, please follow re-delivery procedures in your country.
* Undelivered items might be shipped back to us after certain period of time so please be aware.
* To reship returned parcels, the shipping fee will be charged again.
STEP-5: CUSTOMER SERVICE
Use “Contact form” to contact our staff.
STEP-6: ACCOUNT CANCELLATION
Your account can be canceled anytime when you have no pending shopping.
* Canceled account cannot be restored. To use the service again, you have to register again.
